Naga-Waukee Irrigation Panel Replacement

The successful vendor (hereinafter contractor) shall replace the existing control panel with a new control cabinet from Watertronics, Inc. that comes with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology. The control panel will include the PLC, with a color touch screen operator interface device and software programming written specifically for this project. The new panel’s PLC will include the logic to operate the new Electronic Butterfly Valves (EBV’s), in case of VFD fault or failure. The panel will include Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), and all high voltage switch gear. All new motor leads to the motors will be included. All existing external sensors such as a flow sensor or pressure transducer, are required to be replaced. The panel will replace our existing pump control panel located on the pump station skid. The station is installed inside an existing weather resistant building. The existing motors, pumps, manifold, skid, and piping will all be re-used.
