Fire Station Alerting System

The City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bid proposals to purchase the following: Fire Station Alerting System The city of Joplin is considering the replacement of its fire station alerting system or the potential upgrade to current antiquated fire station alerting systems. Currently, the city of Joplin has six (6) fire stations that are operating with a Zetron@ fire station alerting system that has reached the end of its service life. In addition to those six (6) fire stations, the city of Joplin is currently in the construction phase of a seventh fire station that will be included in the need for a turn-key operational fire station alerting system. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids, to reject any or all bids and re- bid at a later date. The City may waive any irregularities in the bid or negotiate variances from specifications, and make awards that are in the best interests of the City. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of bids and issuance of awards. The City encourages minority and female owned businesses to submit bids on all City purchases.
