2022 Concrete Slab Replacement Program

Includes removing and replacing defective panels of concrete pavement on Maritime Drive by the YMCA, Shorewood Boulevard at Fenway Terrace, and Division Street from South 32nd Street to South 35th Street. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have the Contractor remove and replace defective sections of 8-Inch and 7-Inch thick concrete pavement, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace asphalt pavement, remove and replace concrete sidewalk and driveway, replace storm and sanitary manhole castings deemed to be defective on Maritime Drive, Shorewood Boulevard, and Division Street. There is storm sewer work, sanitary and storm manhole reconstruction to be completed on Division Street.
