2020-2021 Deferred Maintenance, Classroom Expansion, and Traffic Circulation Improvement

Provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services including Preconstruction and Construction Services for the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD). The aforementioned services include, but are not limited to, repairs, renovation and replacement of fire alarm and fire suppression systems; mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; the landscape sprinkler system; building cladding; roof, gutter and storm drain piping systems; the lighting systems; structural systems; signage; site work and site utilities; communication systems; the electrical generator; the energy management systems, internal air quality improvements, and architectural finishes, which include, but not limited to, carpet/floor replacement, energy efficient residential window and lighting replacement. Respondents to the RFQ should consider the “Cost of Work as Seven Million dollars ($7,000,000), not including any Pre-construction Management fees, Construction Management fees, and Construction General Conditions, as part of the construction budget or the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
