| Description | Construction of a Partial Roof Replacement Project for The Fleet Services Building at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. The project is generally described as a tear-off replacement of approximately 6,200 SF of existing fully adhered EPDM roof with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings and fall protection folding guardrail system. All this work to be completed as required for a complete watertight roof system. |
