2020 Bryan County Sports Complex

Project consists of a new 19,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building gymnasium with metal panel and brick facade. The building will be constructed in accordance with 2018 International Building Codes with Georgia Amendments, Construction type will be Type IIB constructions. The facility will be fully conditioned and will include support spaces such as; concession stand, restrooms, office and reception and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project also includes 2 lighted and fenced multipurpose fields. The site work will also include a connecting road between Spur 144 and Branden Way.
