The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, necessary equipment, materials and traffic control, to repair severely cracked, popped up and depressed reinforced Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalks, and curb and/or gutters on the Island of Oahu on an as needed basis. Anything said at the conference is for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted in HIePRO The U.S. Department of Transportation Regulation FederallyRegulations (CFR), Part 21 is applicable to this project.
