Description | The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, necessary equipment, materials and traffic control, to repair severely cracked, popped up and depressed reinforced Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalks, and curb and/or gutters on the Island of Oahu on an as needed basis. ALL requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing via HIePRO by May 22, 2023, at 4:30 P.M. HST. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. Anything said at the conference is for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted in HIePRO The U.S. Department of Transportation Regulation FederallyRegulations (CFR), Part 21 is applicable to this project. Bidders are hereby notified that the Department of Transportation will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex (as directed by 23 CFR Part 200). Compliance with Act 192, SLH 2011 is a requirement for this project whereby a minimum of 80% of the bidder's work force on this project must consist of Hawaii residents |
