First Stage Settling A (Building 17): Partial demolition of (2) access buildings. Cyclone Degritting (Building 35): Remove existing building skin and structure from Second Floor and up. Reskin building and provide new roof at the lower elevation. Interior modifications including Mechanical Process, HVAC, and Electrical related work. VCU & Thermal Condition (Building 39): Demolition of the North portion of the Building, South portion of building to remain. Sludge Dewatering (Building 42): Demolition of entire building. Incineration (Building 44): Demolition of entire building. Incineration Auxiliary Building (Building 45): Demolition of building while reusing the North and West basement wall to connect two existing tunnels. New access building to be built on this site. Steam Generation (Building 52): Demolition of entire building. Equipment Storage Building (Building 75): Temporary relocation of existing GUS Guardhouse to Building 75; and upon construction completion, return back to original location. Old Pump House (Building 86): Demolition of entire building. Labor Storage Building (Building 88): Demolition of entire building. This work is listed in detail in Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work.
