Grand Avenue (Second to Fourth Streets) Class IV Cycle Track - 246.2 - City of San Rafael

The 2018 update to the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan includes the study and installation of a Class IV protected bicycle facility on Grand Avenue between Second Street and Fourth Street. A portion of this corridor is also the upper reaches of the San Francisco Bay Trail alignment. This project will conceptualize potential improvements and seek grant funding for the portion between Second and Third Streets located on the Bay Trail Project is included in the City of San Rafael's FY 2022-2025 CIP. As of September 14, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in 2022/2023.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
