Description

The City of Attleboro is requesting qualification packages per M.G.L. 7c, 44-57 for Engineering, Design, Permitting Assistance, Bidding Assistance and Resident Services for the Removal And Replacement of approximately 10,800 linear feet of water main on Lindsey Street, Attleboro. All proposals must remain in effect for forty-five (45) days Saturdays, Sundays & Legal Holidays excluded. The City of Attleboro reserves the right to reject any proposal or portion of a proposal, to waive any informalities in a proposal & to award contract as shall be deemed in the best interest of the City. Award of contract may be subject to the availability of funding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
