Description | Yvette Smith is the Buyer for this solicitation, and she may be reached at 832.393.8765. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail at yvette.smith@houstontx.gov. Requests for additional information and questions should be addressed no later than Friday, April 15, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. CDT. The City of Houston (the City) shall provide a written response to all questions received in writing before the solicitation due date. Questions received from all Bidder(s) shall be answered and sent to all Bidder(s) who are listed as having obtained the ITB. The City's standard payment term is to pay 30 days after receipt of invoice or receipt of goods or services, whichever is later, according to the requirements of the Texas Prompt Payment Act (Tx. Gov't Code, Ch. 2251). However, the City may pay in less than 30 days, at its option, in return for an early payment discount from the vendor. The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is a Federal law that was signed into law on March 11, 2021 and was purposed to address the COVID-19 pandemic disaster relief on a national level. ARPA funds will be utilized for the services set out in this ITB. Vendor will be required to comply with all laws and regulations associated with these funds. Any revisions to be incorporated into this solicitation document arising from discussions before, during and subsequent to the pre-bid conference will be confirmed in writing by Letter(s) of Clarification prior to the bid due date. Verbal responses will not otherwise alter the specifications, terms, and conditions as stated herein. The bid opening and the place of the bid opening may be transferred in accordance with subsection 15-45(c) of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. |
