The work under of this Contract consists of placement of new underground ducts, handholes, Locate Stations, Fiber Optic Cables within new and existing ducts, locate wires, pull rope, building riser piping, interior innerduct, data racks, termination panels, OSP Splice Cases, with splicing and testing at various locations throughout the City of Green Bay, in areas determined to be eligible for CDBG-CV and CDBG-CV2 grants as directed by the Engineer.
