Description It is the intent of this proposal to establish an option contract(s) "Universal Term Contract" to be used by various City agencies for lawn cutting adjacent to sources of public sewer system, distribution facilities, administrative buildings, water facilities, and remote sites as well as city property near private homes and businesses. This contract addresses approximately thirteen hundred (1300) acres and one hundred and ninety thousand (190,000) feet of fence line. Contract period: Three (3) years.
