Description

SCOPE: Work for this contract consists of the interior renovations including new ceilings, furniture, acoustical wall treatments, lighting, a new set of double doors and associated finishes, the redistribution of mechanical ductwork and diffusers, and the coordination of new lighting, data cabling and the audio-video system. In addition, the Work includes relocating a coffee bar which includes providing water, vent and waste for a new sink, and relocating the existing ramp to opposite side of the room for ADA compliance.
