Subcourthouse in Arlington Finish-Out and Renovation

The spaces to be finished out are located on the second floor which occupies approximately 2,915 square feet and on the third floor occupying approximately 3,025 square feet. Also, minor renovations are to be done on the third floor of an area approximately 3,285 square feet. Awarded vendors are required to use various finishes, including carpet, VCT, porcelain tile, acoustical ceilings and grid, gypsum board partitions, wire mesh and painting. Vendors are to utilize wood doors and interior aluminum storefront system. Tarrant County will provide some finish materials with awarded vendor providing the installation. Awarded vendors must tie in new areas into existing systems for distribution into the new spaces. There will be no civil or structural work associated with the project.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
