Construction is expected to start late Summer 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Tolleson (the City) is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this RFQ) seeking statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified design teams or firms (Vendors) interested in providing professional architectural and engineering services for the design and preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates for a new City Aquatic Center at the South end of the Municipal Complex located at the Southeast corner of intersection of West Van Buren Street and 91st Avenue, Tolleson, Arizona, as well as related construction contract administration services (the "Services"), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work.
