Description

The design services will include watershed, geotechnical studies and civil analysis and design to repair the existing stock dam at the Human Services Center. The scope changed from removing to repairing the stock dam. The stock dam has not been maintained for decades. The 120-year-old earth dam is located directly west of the physical plant and is approximately 180 feet in length. The construction budget for the project is to be determined by the design team prior to developing a contract. It is anticipated that the selected firm will provide a full design necessary for the State to construct and manage.
