| Description | Work will be completed in Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 69, between the Bullhead Gulch Lift Station and State Highway 7 (Arapahoe Road), west of US Highway 287 (107th Street). The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to furnishing labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following: Connection to existing 16-inch PVC sanitary sewer near the Bullhead Gulch Lift Station. Installation of approximately 2,630 LF of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer and manholes. Installation of approximately 2,780 LF of 18-inch PVC non-potable water lines. Trenchless auger bore installations of approximately 100 LF each of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer and 18-inch PVC non-potable water line with steel casings under State Highway 7 (Arapahoe Road). Installation of 8-inch water meter in precast concrete vault for irrigation use. All other items necessary to complete the project including traffic control, seeding, planting, erosion control, and other items as detailed in the Contract Documents. |
