| Description | The intent and purpose of this IFB is to obtain competitive bids and award a contract for annual rock & stone supplier for the City of St. Charles. The initial term of agreement shall be January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, with the City holding options to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms (2024 and 2025).
