RFP D/B - Castle Rock Electric Bid

Design & Build Juneau County is requesting sealed bids to design, provide and install the following to power 90 camp sites at Castle Rock Park: 1. Provide and install 3 - 800 amp electrical services and metering equipment. 2. Provide 100 RV pedestals with 1-20 amp GFCI, 1-30 amp and 1-50 amp RV outlets. 3. Bury appropriate wire to 90 camp sites, install and power 90 RV pedestals. 4. Run power and install LED light fixtures to light inside of two pit toilets. Both Men's & Women's side. 5. Install outside LED light fixtures to light outside of two pit toilets. 6. Provide and install 2 - 25' wooden poles with LED dusk to dawn yard lights and run wire to power the lights on each pole. Contractor Shall Include: 1.) Provide design plan that meets all local, state and national electrical codes. 2.) Coordinate with Oakdale Electric for service. 3.) Obtain necessary permits and arrange for any required inspections. 4.) Provide any other necessary hardware to complete project. Schedule: Indicate best available timeframe to complete project. Bids with completion schedules prior to May 1st, 2024 will be preferred. Juneau County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
