The project is located on 138.4 acres on the southeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released. As of August 30, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning, conditional use permit and preliminary development plan approval from the City of Delaware Planning Commission. A meeting was held August 3, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
