Commercial Washer and Dryer

Lee County Government, Sheriff's Office, is seeking bids for two (2) commercial washers and two (2) commercial dryers that include installation, hook-up, and ensure proper operation. Additionally, the equipment must fit within 35" door frames and vendors must be able to remove and dispose of existing equipment. Finally, a three (3) year factory parts and one (1) year labor warranty is preferred. Preference of bid: Vendors able to supply all equipment with additional requests. However, vendors may also bid on a set of machines (one washer and dryer, pair of washers, or pair of dryers). Specifications: Washers: (2) 35lb capacity commercial washers that are comparable to a B&C HE-35 Model; 208 V 1 or 3PH, soap hopper, 200G extract. Equipment must fit within a 35" door frame. (current model for removal- Maytag MFS 18-25-35) Dryers: (2) 55lb. capacity natural gas heated commercial dryers that are comparable to a Huebsch HT055 model; 120 V. (current model for removal- Wasco Dry-75)
