Electrical Equipment, Pump & Piping Replacement

Dupe of 6235597 James City Service Authority is soliciting Two-Step sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for replacing of all interior electrical equipment, pumps, and piping. JCSA is to provide pump package. Roofing, wet well piping, relocation of exhaust fan, core drilling of the wet well is also included in this project as described in this Invitation for Bids. The work under this project consists of the replacement of all interior electrical equipment, pumps, and piping. JCSA is to provide pump package. Roofing, wet well piping, relocation of exhaust fan, core drilling of the wet well is also included in this project. All PLC programming and SCADA System programming will be performed by JCSAs programming specialist, E-Merge Systems, Inc. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
