Custodial Services - County

The Contractor should furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools and consumable supplies required to provide custodial services at the specified building locations and during specified hours. The Contractor should furnish an organized, competent and stable management team to ensure goals, objectives and requirements are met. A manager level single point of contact is required for all operations matters related to this contract. This individual should be available to the County 24 hours a day to receive reports of deficient performance, address scheduling and /or personnel issues, etc. The Contractor is responsible for all matters related to the recruitment, screening, hiring and retention of employees. These human resource processes should be completed in compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations and any other generally accepted human resource practices.
