Greenwood Middle School HVAC Improvements

Provide and install the following equipment on the school/s Annex Classroom Building. The existing condensing units are currently located on the Annex building’s roof. It is requested that the new condensing units be relocated to ground level. Pour four concrete pads for condensers to sit on. We will handle the electrical for all equipment. (4) Trane 10 Ton split HVAC units: 1. Indoor Air handler- Model number (TWE12043AAA-A) 2. Outdoor Unit- Model number (TTA12044CAA-AS) 3. Duct new unit into the duct work in floor 4. Demo and remove existing equipment and electrical as required. 5. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 6. Install new air handlers in mechanical rooms and relocate new condensing units on ground level. 7. Install new line sets for all 4 split systems Provide and install the following equipment for the school’s Cafeteria: (3) Trane heat pumps units Model number (4WHC4036-5000) and (1) Trane Heat pump Model Number (4WCH4036-1000): 1. Demo and remove existing equipment and electrical as required. 2. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 3. Install new AC units on roof in place of existing units. 4. Provide and install new programmable thermostats for each unit.
