Provide power to the facility, from existing power feed inside the training area, to supply lighting and power to the facility. This will be a sole source acquisition under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and processed in accordance with the Partnership Agreement (PA) between the SBA and DoD date 7 JAN 2013. Structural Welding Code - Steel, manufacturers' recommendations, and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal guidelines as applicable to the work involved.
