Roof Replacement at Casimir Pulaski School No. 8

The work consists of but is not limited to the following: Roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 with 0.090 inches thick (90 mil) single ply EPDM roofing membrane system and all associated work. Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install expansion joint assembly at rising wall tie-in, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install roofing expansion joints / covers and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new rooftop unit rails at the mechanical units, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install pourable sealer pocket, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install miscellaneous structural steel and metal roof decking at roof opening infill location(s), as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install rigid insulation over existing exterior ductwork with self adhesive elastomeric waterproofing wrap, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install pre-finished aluminum metal edge, and fascia extender, as indicated on the drawings. Remove the existing exterior roof ladder, scrape, prime, paint and reinstall as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new pre-finished aluminum base flashing and reglet at existing masonry rising wall condition, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new pre molded pipe seal and vent pipe thru the roofing assembly, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new galvanized steel exterior roof ladder, as indicated on the drawings.
