Description

All Bid Proposals must be in writing, on forms furnished by Hood Canal Communications, placed in a sealed envelope with an indication on the front bottom left corner of said envelope, the project name and date of bid opening and then be filed with Hood Canal Communications on or before the day and hour above mentioned. Sealed bids received after the specific opening time will not be accepted. BID ITEMS will include: Labor of installation of underground conduits, fiber optic cables, terminal fiber tails and utility vaults.
