Description

As of December 19, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded by mid-January. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a New Wastewater Treatment Plant Bids are requested for the following Contract: Ashland City Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction/Contract 321 Obtaining the Bidding Document Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Ashland City Public Works located at 233 Tennessee Waltz Parkway, Suite 102, Ashland City, TN 37015, until Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 11:00 AM Current Local Time. At that time, the Bids received American Iron and Steel Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.will be publicly opened and read. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
