| Description | This work includes, but is not limited to, annual inspections, repairs to equipment, and on-call emergency response at all Rowan University campuses. Annual Fire Alarm Inspections and Repair Service This contract will cover all Rowan Campuses currently under the umbrella of the University with the option to negotiate future locations. The main campus, located in Glassboro, NJ, has over 50 buildings. There are also properties in Stratford, NJ and Camden, NJ. The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services at the following four (4) campuses and any additional properties acquired during the term of contract. 1. Rowan University 201 Mullica Hill Road, Glassboro, NJ 08028 2.Cooper Medical School of Rowan University 401 South Broadway, Camden, NJ 08103 3. Rowan Camden Campus, 606 Cooper Street, Camden, NJ 08103 4. Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, 1 Medical Center Drive, Stratford, NJ 08084 Term of Contract: The anticipated contractual period will be for one (1) year with two (2) possible renewals of one year. |
