2021 Street / Alley Resurfacing Project

The proposed project consists of the resurfacing of one street and five alleys within the corporation limits of the Village of North Baltimore. The work includes: milling; the application of tack coat, apply asphalt, and performing other incidentals where needed 1. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and overlay 3" asphalt in 2 layers using #448 type 1 surface course East Street from Poplar Street to American Legion Drive. Approximately 863'x 31'. 2. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and apply 2" asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course. Begin at alley on Margaret St. between Walnut Street and Chery Street, work east to west, then immediately north to south approximately 437 feet to W. Maple Street. Approximately 9' x 437'. 3. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and apply 2 asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course. Begin at alley on W. Elm St, approximately midway between Margaret Street and Jewett Avenue going south to W. Cherry St. Approximately 10' x 442\ 4. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and apply 2 asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course. Begin at alley on W. Cherry Street, midway between N. Main Street and N. Second Street and work north 173\ Approximately 10' x 173\ 5. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and appiy 2" asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course. Begin at alley along W. Maple Street midway between N. Main Street and N. Second street, go north approximately 446' to W. Chery Street. Approximately 9' x 446'. 6. Provide labor, equipment and materials to mill and apply 2" asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course. Begin at ally off N. Main Street, midway between W. Maple Street and W. Cherry Street, work east to west approximately 346' to N. Second Street. Approximately 9' x 346\ 7. Provide labor, equipment and materials. Tack all areas Any required milling for butt joints at end of streets, drives, etc. should be included in this bid. Include labor and materials for excavating and installing stone berms along the edge of pavement on roads that are not curbed. Include labor and material for potential restoration.
