Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Re-Roofing, Custodial Services, and Window Replacement Service Contractors

The North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority is seeking service contractors for their fiscal year beginning 01/01/2023 for the following areas: 1. Plumbing 2. Electrical 3. HVAC 4. Exterminating 5. Re-Roofing with metal roofs 6. IT Services 7. Turnkey and custodial services for vacant units. 8. Window Replacement The areas of coverage will be Bronson, Chiefland, Williston, Cedar Key, Trenton and Branford, Florida. Roofing proposals should be prepared as flat rate prices. If submitting proposals on more than one job, each proposal must be individually identified. It is mandatory that all proposals provide current and former references and provide current insurance with copies of business and professional licenses, etc. Addresses of all units for roofing will be provided to you by email if requested. There will be no pre-bid conference and any questions should be directed to the contract administrator by email.
