| Description | Refuse and Recyclables Collection Sealed bids will be received for the collection, hauling, and disposal of refuse and recyclables from habitable properties in the Borough of Laureldale ("Borough"), Berks County, PA for the years 2023-2025. A pre-bid conference will not be held. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the highest annual contract price for any of the three (3) years. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the highest annual contract price for any of the three (3) years. All bids must be sealed and identified with the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked as a bid for refuse/recycling collection. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough. |
