Description The Town of Manchester is seeking bids for the following street rehabilitation projects: R-20-1 Washington Way between Bert Fowler Road & Ridgeleigh Ct.: - Full depth patching required as marked. - Contingent subgrade stone per yard. R-20-2 Hallie Avenue from 3966 Hallie to Fridinger Mill Road: - 2” Mill. - Full depth patching as marked. - Contingent subgrade stone per yard. - 2” Overlay. R-20-3 (add/alternate bid item) Westminster Street between Park Avenue and Md. Rt 27: - 2” Mill - Full depth patching as marked. - Contingent subgrade stone per yard. - 2” Overlay. - Line striping. R-20-3A (add/alternate bid item) Westminster Street Rip-Rap, shoulder erosion rehabilitation and Storm Water Repair: - Rip-Rap: o Approximately 400/lf of class 2 Rip Rap, 18” deep per the attached “Ditch Detail”. o Located on the South side turn of Westminster Street close to Md. Route 27. - Shoulder rehabilitation as marked. - Storm Water Repairs: o Remove and replace the existing SWM headwall on the North side of Westminster Street per the attached “MD-355.02” detail. Additionally, Rip-Rap (class 2) downstream 12/lf of the new headwall per attached “Md-355.02” detail. o Remove and replace existing SWM pipe. Replace with 14” x 23” x approximately 30’ elliptical Concrete Pipe. o Remove and replace existing SWM inlet. Replace with per the attached “MD-374.06” detail. R-20-4 Maiden Lane: - Full depth patching as marked. - Contingent subgrade stone per yard. R-20-5 Bert Fowler Road (not including deceleration/acceleration lane at Chauncey Drive): - 2” Mill. - Patching as marked. - Contingent subgrade stone per yard. - 2” Overlay. - Line striping.
