CSO 029 Reduction and Conveyance Modifications Project

The project consists of general site work including street cuts, demolition and relocation/protection of utilities, deep excavation with designed support system, helical pile type foundation, bypass pumping, CSO regulator and standard manhole structure installation, gravity combined sewer piping, final grading, asphalt restoration and sidewalk restoration in order to achieve upgrades to the County’s combined sewer system. Pipe sizes range from 12-inch diameter to 36-inch diameter for combined sewage. The project is located in the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York on the 200 block of Walton Street just east of the Walton Street Onondaga Creek bridge.
