The Town of Warrenton is soliciting bids from qualified Demolition and Asbestos Abatement contractors for the following activities: 1. Removal of asbestos containing material (ACM) in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations for one (1) housing units. The Laboratory Report for Unit #1 is included with this solicitation. 2. Demolition, clearance, and disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations of two (2) housing units as follows: This project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and 100% of the costs are being paid by grant funds. |
