Description

This project is approximately 4,275 SF and includes selective demolition of walls, doors, ceilings, cmu, ductwork, piping, and conduit. New scope will include metal framed walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, ductwork, plumbing, medical gas, and electrical systems and transformers. Structural reinforcing is required on the floor below. Casework will be provided and installed by the Owner's vendor and must be coordinated by the contractor.
