| Description | The proposed playground must be a fully installed, turn key, sports or forest themed playground for ages 2-12 years to enjoy. After completing a survey in the neighborhood, these are the playground design elements that shall be included. Prepare a playground area only as large as needed for safety of the playground. This area must meet ASTM F1951 Accessibility Standards; ASTM F2223 Standard Playground Surfacing; ASTM 1292 Impact Attenuation; ASTM F 2075 Engineered Wood Fiber or ASTM F 2479 Pour in Place.Surfacing must allow for proper drainage.Proposed playground design can be a single combined unit, separate structures, or a combination of combined elements and separate structures and requires the following elements at a minimum: Play area for children ages 5-12 Play area for children ages 2-5 Fixed climbers Slides ADA transfer point Climbing boulder Climbing wall Swings Park bench | ||||||||
