Description Scope : Rental of a boiler at Osborn/Northern CI located at 335 Bilton Road, Somers, CT 06071. Project Scope: Furnish and install high temperature hot water boiler. Boiler shall be sized to accommodate the heating requirements of the Osborn/Northern facilities. Rental duration shall be from November 1st, 2018 to April 1st, 2019. The contractor responsible for a turnkey temporary boiler installation. Contractor shall be responsible to maintain boiler for the duration stated herein. The contractor shall have the boiler serviced weekly by a qualified technician. The contractor shall respond to boiler failures within 4 hours. Maintenance contract and all incidentals shall be included in the scope of this installation and rental period. This scope of work specifically includes the following: 1. Receive, offload, and set the high temp hot water boiler 2. Install labor to assemble the high temp hot water boiler 3. Installation of the high temp hot water boiler (piping, and electrical) 4. Permanent support pad 5. Off-loading, set-up, positioning of rental equipment with facility piping or utilities. 6. Materials required for interconnection of rental equipment with facility piping, existing stack or utilities. 7. Utilities (boiler feed water, fuel, electric power, chemicals, etc.) required for operation. 8. Install automatic dialer in order to notify Utilities Manager and contractor of any failures. 9. Disconnect of rental equipment, loading or preparation for return transportation.
