| Description | LI 001: Description: Contractor to install new flooring for ANT Building., 1, JOB; Furnish (where applicable) and install the following components. 1. Surface Preparation: Mechanical grinding with PCD’s, diamond blades and dustless vacuum system over entire surface to remove glue, the top layer of concrete and to open the pores of floor. 2. Repairs: All cracks will be “V” grooved then hand grinded level filled using Mender, pitted areas also leveled using Mender, then re-ground. Areas where the cracks are uneven will level best as possible. 3. 3 Layer Color Flake System: Base Coat apply 100% solids polyurea coat in “tan or gray” base color no vertical surfaces to be done. Color Chips broadcast chips on wet surface at 100% coverage in TBD ¼” vinyl color flakes. Sealer clear 93% solids UV stable polyaspartic coating for extra protection with shark bite anti-skid in final coat. |
