| Description | Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to adjust the manholes and water valves. The final lid or cover adjustment shall be flush with existing surface ±0.25 inch. The City will supply the Portland City Riser for manholes and water valves. Contractor shall provide the material for D-311 and D-202 adjustments. Traffic control will be required for all streets. Traffic Control on residential streets is incidental. The work location shall be identified by the City Engineer or their designee and completed within one (1) week unless the weather is determined by the City Engineer or their designee to be too severe to properly complete the work. |
