It is the intent of this specification to describe the requirements to remove existing wooden fence, furnish and install new chain link fencing for Nyacks Lower and Upper Yards at the Authoritys New York Division location. Installation would take place once Final Notice of Award and Purchase order are issued unless weather does not permit. Project would continue once weather conditions allow.
