On Call Construction

Project shall consist of the construction of Contacting utilities; obtaining permits; bypass pumping; planning, setting, and removal of barricades; cutting asphalt; excavation; trenching; dewatering, shoring; compacting backfill; surface restoration; for the repair of water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, potable and non-potable water lines, facilities, pumps, pump stations, surge tanks, reservoirs, lift stations, and others at times and locations directed by the City. The site of the Work is located at the Public rights of ways, City’s rights of ways, and City’s property on which the City owns, operates and maintains water and wastewater facilities. The Work performed under this Contract shall be accomplished by Individual Task Orders issued on an on-call, as-needed basis and will describe the specific location of the Work, description of the Work to be performed, estimated quantities and time of performance for each Task Order assigned. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of the following: 1. Furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles; 2. Furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and 3. Furnishing all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
