| Description | Remove existing roofing to roof deck, inspect roof deck for deterioration and repalce bid not to exceed $7.00 per sf. Replace deteriorated wood blocking, bid not to exceed $4.00 per lf. Mechanically attached two layers of 2.2" roof insualtion for an R=25. Fully adhere 0.60 EPDM single ply roofing system over new insualtion. Replace existing drains with new retrofit drains. Flash all walls, curbs, vents, drains, and pitch pockets. Faricate and install new edge metal to seal roofing. Metal to be .040 alimimum standard color Remove existing gutter, downspouts, fascia and wood blocking. Remove three courses of shingles, install new ice and water shield and re-install shingles. Fabricate enw fascia, gutters and downspout in .040 aluminum, in clolor to match existing Remvoe and reset capstones, clean and prepare the surface prior to reset. Total number of cap stones will not exceed 12. |
