Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving and new construction of a High School Field House. As of September 27, 2022, a construction manager has been selected for this project, and the pre-bid meeting has occurred. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. PROJECTS: The project includes: New Field House on the North end of the existing high school football field, approximately 22,000 SF. Work will include scopes of: earthwork, selective demolition, site utilities, storm drainage, fencing, concrete paving, sidewalks, pavement markings, fencing, landscaping, concrete, masonry veneer, CMU block, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, water repellent coatings, insulation, membrane roofing, metal roofing, fire stopping, site and building joint sealers and covers, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, overhead doors, aluminum storefront system, hardware, glazing, acoustical ceiling, drywall systems, rubber base, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile, resilient accessories, painting, markerboards, corner guards, signage, fire extinguishers, appliances, window treatment, elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, intercom system, data and communication, security and access control, and termite control. BONDING: If the proposed subcontract price is $25,000 or above, the subcontractor must include an additional cost to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. The Owner/CM reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. All proposals shall remain good and may not be withdrawn for 30 calendar days.
