On the east wall of the 2nd floor in building 35 the Vendor will construct two conjoined conference spaces within the 26’L x 23’W space immediately to the right of the exit door. The proposed new spaces will consist of the following: A three-walled enclosed structure that incorporates the existing wall as the fourth wall and that does not to exceed 7’3”H or more than 3” in thickness One code compliant steel door with frame and fixed window for the space farthest from the exit One code compliant steel door flush in the space closest to the exit Two fixed windows w/ 1/4” tempered glass in the space closest to the exit No less than eight free-standing 7’3” H wall columns to support the walls No less than 96 linear ft. of fire and sound resistant material to serve as exterior wall panels with accompanying molding and filler material One dividing wall between the two spaces not to exceed 23’L x 7’3”H
