| Description | This project is for the replacing of the window in the LST Buildings 100, 200, 300. The project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Removing and disposal of the existing lead-contaminated windows framing. 2. Disposal of the existing lead contaminated windows. 3. Collecting and proper disposing of all paint chips dislodged from the windows and framing. 4. Preparing the window jams to receive the new windows. 5. Installing new specified windows with factory manufactured aluminum panning. 6. Completing all specified work. 7. Repairing all collateral damages, and 8. Site clean-up and inspection. |
