Description

The Project Is Replacing Approximately 245 Linear Feet of Deteriorated 12" Steel Stormwater Pipe With New 12" Hdpe Pipe Between Two Storm Inlets to Remain Along Maple Avenue (Sr 3032) in Honesdale. A Bid Bond in the Amount Of 10% of the Bid is Required of All Bidders. The Successful Bid-der Must Provide a Perform-ance Bond and Payment Bond In the Amount of 100% of the Contract Liability. The Bid Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Respons-ible Bidder, Reserving to the Municipality the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Waive Any in-formalities.
