Ground Storage Tank Repairs and Painting

The City of Lynn Haven, Florida is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms experienced in providing repairs to 2 lift stations. Ground Storage Tank #1 is a 1.5 million gallon concrete storage tank located on the south side of the Utilities building. The scope of services for Storage Tank #1 includes but is not limited to the following: Sandblast the entire interior of each dome to remove any loose or deteriorated concrete and clean the corroded reinforcing. Fill all spalls with Sherwin-Williams Duraplate 2300 epoxy repair mortar. Paint the entire interior dome with 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646PW. Vendor will be responsible for proper disinfection/sampling and all other accompanying duties to bring both tanks back into operational duty once repairs are completed. Tank #2 is a .850 million gallon concrete ground storage tank located on the north side of the Utilities office. The scope of services for Storage Tank #2 includes but is not limited to the following: Sandblast the entire interior of each dome to remove any loose or deteriorated concrete and clean the corroded reinforcing. Fill all spalls with Sherwin-Williams Duraplate 2300 epoxy repair mortar. Paint the entire interior dome with 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646PW. Vendor will be responsible for proper disinfection/sampling and all other accompanying duties to bring both tanks back into operational duty once repairs are completed.
