Description

To be considered. Bids must be made in accordance with Instructions to Bidders in the attached project manual. Project Site Address: Ozarks Technical Community College Richwood Valley Campus 3369 W. Jackson Road, Nixa, MO 65714 Questions during the bidding process shall be directed to Jonathan Staats, Assistant College Director of Project Management, 417-512-6717 or staatsj@otc.edu. The work consists of the installation of nine (9) concrete "tee" pads located at various locations along the east side of the Richwood Valley Campus. These pads are no more than 500' away from the next adjacent tee pad and will require 4" of concrete surface course over 6" of aggregate base over a leveled and compacted subgrade. The tee pads are designed to function for a new nine- hole disc golf course.
